social climate studiesCRPD uses the Social Climate Assessment Strategy to evaluate, monitor and improve conditions of confinement. The procedure has been endorsed by the courts to predict safe, secure, and healthy conditions. CRPD collects baseline data using surveys and interviews of administrative, supervisors, line staff, and residents. Current profiles and ideal conditions are established. Lastly, CRPD works with your agency to develop training goals and action plans to target improvement. CRPD also provides training to staff of larger agencies who want to conduct on-going Social Climate studies. Please call for more information. |
