Vision/Mission Statement
The most effective way to restore juvenile offenders to a law-abiding lifestyle is through healthy
relationships with healthy adults in healthy environments.
The Center’s Goals
To provide training and technical assistance for agencies and organizations regarding line staff
development.
To provide training and technical support to state/local jurisdictions in the use of strategic planning
methodology that enhances juvenile system effectiveness.
To define and delineate effective practices in education programs and services for confined and at-risk
youth.
